Do you accept refunds?
Other than issues of wrong or faulty item, all items purchased are NON REFUNDABLE AND EXCHANGEABLE

Do you accept instalments?
Yes, I do accept INSTALMENT for all of my items for purchasing more than RM100 but the item will only be posted after full payment received. Feel free to ask.

Can I get discount?
We do not generally give discounts because the price you see are already DISCOUNTED, they are already cheaper than other blogshops and much much cheaper than retail. This is the best and lowest we can offer as we don't mark up a lot and then discount later. But in special cases such as you are our loyal customer, our facebook fan, our blog follower or purchased more than RM200, then we may give special discounts. Also for wholesale purchase, please email us for negotiable price (minimum 10 items)

How do I make an inquiries?
Please click ‘READ MORE’ @ the end of every post for price and item details! For inquiries, if your question is not listed here, please submit via provided FORM and will be replied via email within 24 hours. Please check spam box if you do not receive a reply from me.

How do I make an order?
For order, please fill in the FORM, and please be as detailed and accurate as possible to enable us to respond faster and treat your inquiry as a serious enquiry. Please put in the Code Entry ex. #LV1 or #SVR1 if the items or item's category are shown in our posts. Please, please check and ensure that you have typed a VALID email address in case we need to urgently contact you. Confirming order must be with deposit (50% negotiable). For ready stock, items will only be reserved when deposit is received and 1st pay, 1st serve basis. Special orders accepted, but please, only for serious buyer!

How do I make a payment?
Payment can be made at Maybank and CIMB. The account number will be given after confirming the order through email. Please email me the proof of payment in order for me to acknowledge receipt of your payment. NO notification via SMS so that we can keep a record of all payments made for future reference. Because the bank online system does not tell us the identity of payer, the proof is necessary so that there is evidence of payment made and serves to protect you incase of a bank error or dispute of any kind. Please ADHERE to these policies. 

Online banking : Highlight, copy and paste the successful transaction screen attach it via email together with your name and hp no OR you can just fill in our email and other information during the payment transaction.

ATM Cash Deposit : Scan or take a digital photo of the deposit slip and attach it via email together with your name and hp no.
